Who else is tired of helping other countries with billions in aid when we need to take care of our own country?

The USA is in debt trillions of dollars yet when an earthquake or a disaster hits these countries who are enemies to any form of a Republic fall on their rear ends its the USA who comes running to help. Personally I am sick of it. Why don't we all wait for China or Russia, Brazil or the EU, Venezuela or North Korea and Iran to help the devastated countries first before we lend our tax payer money to these countries. Who else is tired of this nonsense? Its a crying disaster that the USA is blinded to this reality. Who else up fuming upset? This disaster is not our problem anymore as we have to tend to our country's problems first and get it order before we help anymore else out.
