Woe is me, I have another UTI?

You guys, I'm positive that I have another urinary tract infection (second one this year) and I do not have the money to get it fixed. My last one was terrible so I had no choice, but I'm hoping that this one will go away on it's own. Any tips besides drinking cranberry juice and other fluids?
