Why do people always mistake "Out-going" with "Promiscuous"?

to be honest I prefer the out going promiscuous types .....it's the closet promiscuous ladies that have caused me the most trouble , as I now to believe all librarians are kittens in disguise............this is why I have more than one restraining order and have been banned from all public libraries
