1995 honda prelude cd install?

Ok so i probably know i messed up but i tried to install a cd player in my prelude and when i turned it on there was no power to the cd player checked the fuse under the hood its fine, now the question i have i dont think i hooked up the power antenna wire up right on the harness now if it isnt hooked up will that cause the cd player to not come on or is there something else to look for besides that...also is there a fuse for the radio inside the car?? mine doest have the fuse cover for the inside so i dont know
