How does this TV Converter Box Work With Antennas?

You will be able to pick up digital signals from local stations with a rabbit ears plugged into a digital converter box. You will be receiving only those stations with a strong enough signal which are transmitting the new format which will start next year. If you get them, they are crystal clear or totally garbled. Here at my place i get about 15 stations on my converter box with a HD picture.
