I think ive been circised as a baby and im kinda mad because i heard uncircised 's are bigger..Tru?

I know i have a big bout like 8' but, i think i was circised as a baby and i was wondering if uncircised 's were bigger than uncircised ones....if this is true my parents were some major haters Ya digg......
