My boyfriend and my best friend talk all the time...?

my boyfriend and best friend talk like 24/7. like whenever im talking to one of them and ill be like what are you doing theyll say theyre talking to the other one. i went to the lake this weekend and i came back and both of their facebook pages were like all them writing on eachothers walls and stuff. and the worst part is he told me she was hot... should i be worried? ;l this is really stressing me out. i really love this guy but i just dont know anymore..
