I have HALF brown lab and half coyote dog name rosie they are called coydogs.how can i calm her down?

rosie is 14 months old, recently spaded-medicine given to her to calm her down before spading her.not even double dose. at least once a day she becomes very hyper and very aggressive to other dogs. she will not accept a collar and doses of benedrayl makes her more hyper.i love her so much and really need help with her no smart alec answers please.
