I am Iraqi, How Do I Obtain United States Tourist Visa?

I am an Iraqi man, 35 year old, and I am rich something, I have properties and good business here in Iraq, and I would like to obtain a tourist visa to the United States, Can anyone help me how to obtain this visa; Please note that the US Emby in Baghdad doesn't give visas to the regular people; just to the officials.
