Will humans ever build a space exploration ship like the Enterprise?

Cool problem, Id guess the ship would look nothing like the Enterprise coz thats just a fictional craft, it would need to have a titanium outer skin, very thick with compartments all sealable from inside, similar to how ships lock off parts where there are holes in the hull.....space debris and meteors would definitely cause damage so no large windows either? unless theyre bomb proof and 20 feet thick?.... or at least have titanium shields to cover them. Obviously the craft would have to be nuclear powered, have its own water production plant, food supply and waste disposal. Whoa some huge problems to solve.
