Muslims say the Qu'ran is the truth because it has never been changed, whereas the bible always changes?

In Islam they do believe that the bible has changed over time through various translation errors and because in Christianity people have a tendency to add or subtract what they do not believe in or what does not fit. With saying that they would never go around dismissing the Christian or the Jewish version becuase they have respect for them, going as far as to embrace Christians and Jews as fellow "children of the book."
